Camera identical to the Zorki-5, but with hinged back for easy film loading and self timer. As in the Zorki-5 a lot of the features on this camera were incorporated into the Zenit SLR [2].

PM2055 - Zorki-6  #650052091.

PM2005. Seems to be an earliest known prototype version of Zorki-6 camera. Announced in soviet press in 1958. Visually identical to Zorki-5 early camera, but with selftimer already. Never happened to see a sample alive.

PM2010. Zorki-6 prototype camera, under name "Complex". Very few samples released in 1958. Covered in white synthetic leather. An earliest so far known camera has s/n #58000052 (privat coll.).

PM2015. Seems to be an earliest productional version of the particular camera. Almost identical to PM2010, but under regular name "Zorki-6" already. Body covered in white synthetic leather. 9-digits serial number. An earliest so far known camera has s/n #590000052 (Y.Davidenko coll.).

PM2020. Camera identical to PM2015, but with top plate (and bottom plate), painted in "metal-like" imitation. Very rare camera to find. An earliest so far known camera has s/n #590000223 (private coll.).

PM2025. An early sample of the regular Zorki-6 camera. New body mouldings with platforms for stap lugs and selftimer release knob. Covered in black synthetic leather. "Arrow" symbol underneath the synchro contact is filled in red paint (see picture below). An earliest so far known camera has s/n #590000831 (A.Nikitin coll.).

PM2030. Less common to find version with body covered in black vulcanite, instead of synthetic leather. "Arrow" symbol underneath the synchro contact is filled in black paint already. An earliest so far known camera has s/n #590006042 (eBay 2012).

PM2035. Very common to find version of the particular camera. identical to early PM2025, but with black "arrow" symbol underneath the synchro contact. Bigger size KMZ logotype on the rear plate (see picture below). Some cameras have an additionl engravings "SDELANO B CCCP" on the rear plate.

PM2040. Very rare to find version of Zorki-6 camera. Both top plate and bottom plate painted in "metal-like" imitation. Name markings engraved on the frontplate (see picture below). An earliest so far known camera has s/n  #600077336 (eBay 2010).

PM2045. Less common to find early export version of the particular camera. Very nice stylized "Zorki-6" markings on the rear plate. An additional engravings "Made in USSR" (sometimes "SDELANO B CCCP") on the rear plate. An earliest so far known camera has s/n #600071284 (A.Nikitin coll.).

PM2045 - Zorki-6  #620003036.

PM2050. Very common to find export version of Zorki-6 camera. Released by KMZ in 1962-1966. New synchro contact markings on the top plate. Old symbols replaced with international "X" and "M" markings already (see picture below). Some cameras have an additional engravings "Made in USSR" on the rear plate. An earliest so far known camera has s/n #620016396 (SovietCams).

PM2055. Less common to find in comparison with PM2050. Name markings in Cyrillic characters again. International "X" and "M"  synchro contact markings. Smaller size KMZ logotype on the rear plate.
